Saqr Hospital is a federal government hospital in Ras Al Khaimah, operated by Emirates Health Services (EHS), the federal body that runs public hospitals and primary care in the Northern Emirates. It opened in 1981 and is one of the longest-established hospitals in the emirate.

EHS describes Saqr as a specialised surgical hospital that serves patients from all areas of Ras Al Khaimah and its suburbs as well as the wider Northern Emirates. The main building has six floors above the ground floor and a capacity of 287 beds.

Its services cover a broad surgical range: general, bariatric, breast, vascular, thoracic, plastic, paediatric and maxillofacial surgery, neurosurgery, urology, ophthalmology and ENT. It also runs paediatrics, paediatric haematology and oncology, a wound clinic, intensive care, a blood bank, physiotherapy and a 24-hour emergency department, plus a dental clinic for people of determination.

The emergency and trauma service is one of the busiest in the emirate. In the first half of 2019 the hospital recorded more than 47,500 emergency visits, about 26,000 specialist clinic visits and over 1,200 operations, according to the Ras Al Khaimah Medical District, which announced an upgrade of the trauma and operations departments that year.

Saqr Hospital is part of the EHS network that in 2022 became the first health authority in the world to earn Joint Commission International (JCI) Enterprise Accreditation, covering its 17 hospitals.
