Al Fujairah Hospital is a federal government hospital in Fujairah, operated by Emirates Health Services (EHS). It was established in 1984 with 100 beds and has since grown to 330 beds. EHS describes it as the largest hospital in the Eastern Region and the second-largest hospital in its network.

The hospital provides 31 major specialties and subspecialties, eight procedural services and eight supporting medical services across its outpatient, inpatient, emergency and intensive care departments. It serves residents of Fujairah and the east coast, as well as patients from nearby areas of Oman.

Three services set it apart. Its Thalassemia Centre and nuclear medicine unit are the only ones in a public hospital in the region, and its kidney dialysis centre treats patients from across the east coast. Fujairah Hospital received Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation in 2021. It also holds recognition as a Centre of Excellence in Obesity and Metabolic Surgery (2021), Mother and Baby Friendly Hospital status (2020), ISO laboratory certification (2021), international thalassemia recognition (2018) and an accreditation for heart attack care (2022).

For healthcare professionals, Fujairah offers a broad general hospital case mix in a smaller emirate with a lower cost of living than Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Clinical staff are employed by EHS and need a MOHAP licence.
