Third-party fees paid directly to external bodies include Dataflow verification (approximately AED 1,200-1,800 per report), Prometric exam fees (AED 1,200-1,500), and authority application fees (varying by authority). How licensing packages are priced, and what sits outside them
Two costs run in parallel on any GCC licensing application, and conflating them is the most common budgeting mistake. The first is what the authority charges - application, examination and licence issuance. The second is Dataflow primary source verification, billed by Dataflow per document. A consultancy fee is a third, separate thing, and it buys accuracy and sequencing rather than any influence over the outcome.
Only two of the ten GCC regulators publish a fee schedule at all. MOHAP publishes a clean category split, and DHA publishes a credentialing fee plus the examination tiers. The other eight publish nothing, which is recorded on each authority page rather than filled in with numbers copied from elsewhere. Which package applies depends less on your profession than on your situation. A first licence, a transfer between emirates, a renewal and a grade upgrade are four different processes with different evidence requirements. If you are unsure which you need, the eligibility checker sorts it in a couple of minutes, and the title classifier tells you the grade your qualifications map to.
Where an examination is required, preparation is the variable you actually control. Check whether your title needs one with the Prometric exam checker, see where you stand with a free mock exam, and work the gaps with a question bank. The UAE caps you at three attempts across all its authorities combined, so a failed sitting costs more than its fee.

How much does a healthcare licensing package cost?
Cost depends on the authority, your profession and whether the application is new, a transfer, a renewal or an upgrade. Every package is quoted after a free eligibility assessment, because a case with clean documents and a straightforward qualification costs less to run than one needing re-verification or an exemption argument. Authority fees and Dataflow are charged separately by those bodies and are not part of our fee.
What is included in a licensing package?
Eligibility assessment against the authority's published criteria, a document audit before anything is submitted, Dataflow preparation and monitoring, portal application management, correspondence with the authority, and status updates until the licence is issued. Exam preparation and relocation guidance are available alongside.
Do I pay the authority fees separately?
Yes. Authority application, examination and licence fees are paid to the authority or its exam vendor, not to us. Only MOHAP and DHA publish fee schedules publicly - the other eight do not, which is documented on each authority page.
Can I get licensed in two GCC countries at once?
Yes, and the dual and triple licence packages exist for exactly that. Nothing stops you holding a DHA and a DOH licence simultaneously, and a single Dataflow report can often be shared between authorities rather than run twice, which is the main saving.
What if my application is rejected?
Rejections usually trace to a document defect, a qualification that does not map to the authority's requirement, or an experience gap. We handle appeals and re-submissions, and the assessment stage exists to find those problems before you pay an authority fee.
Do you guarantee a licence?
No, and nobody honestly can - the decision belongs to the authority. What we do is make sure the application put in front of them is complete, consistent and correctly classified, which is what most avoidable rejections come down to.
