DataFlow Fees 2026 at a Glance

If you searched "how much is data flow in UAE" or "Saudi data flow fee", the short answer is that there is no single DataFlow price. Each GCC regulator has its own contract with the DataFlow Group, so the package, currency and price per extra document depend on where you apply.

We checked DataFlow Group's own price lists, applicant guides and regulator pages on 1 October 2026. Where DataFlow publishes a fee, we quote it and link the document. Where it does not, we tell you so and give no number. Fees change, sometimes without notice, so treat this page as a planning guide and confirm the final amount on the payment screen before you pay.

Here is what the published lists show for a standard new application:

  • Saudi Arabia (SCFHS): SAR 600 for physicians and dentists, SAR 500 for nurses, pharmacists and allied health, plus SAR 300 per extra document Source.
  • Qatar (DHP, formerly QCHP): QAR 1,210 for physicians and dentists, QAR 990 for nurses, pharmacists and allied health, with extra documents from QAR 300 Source.
  • UAE federal (MOHAP): AED 1,235 for physicians and dentists and AED 935 for nurses and other non-physicians, plus AED 300 per extra document and 5% VAT Source.
  • Oman (OMSB): OMR 135 for physicians, OMR 100-110 for nurses, plus OMR 50 per extra document Source.
  • Dubai (DHA), Abu Dhabi (DOH), Bahrain (NHRA) and Kuwait MOH: no current price list is published on DataFlow's public pages, so check the fee in the DataFlow portal for that regulator before you budget.

For a quick estimate based on your profession and number of documents, use our DataFlow cost calculator, then come back here for the detail behind each number.

What DataFlow PSV Is and Why Every GCC Regulator Requires It

Primary source verification (PSV) means checking a document with the organisation that issued it. DataFlow describes its role as "directly approaching the Issuing Authorities that issued the document to confirm its authenticity" Source: your university, your licensing council and your past employers.

What DataFlow actually verifies

  • Your qualification: degree or diploma, and for some regulators your transcripts or mark sheets.
  • Your professional licence or registration from your home country or last country of practice.
  • Your employment history, usually the most recent three or five years, limited to a set number of employers.
  • For some regulators, your Good Standing Certificate.
  • A "CrossCheck" search of DataFlow's risk database, which is included in the packages for SCFHS, DHP Qatar and OMSB Source.

DataFlow does not require attestation or apostille, and it does not need translated or physical copies. Clear, complete scans are enough Source.

Why each regulator insists on it

Gulf regulators license many professionals trained abroad, and PSV is how they confirm qualifications and experience are genuine. Each uses DataFlow under its own arrangement:

  • DHA (Dubai): DataFlow has been DHA's verification partner since 2007 Source.
  • DOH (Abu Dhabi): DataFlow has supported DoH since 2007 and runs a dedicated DoH portal Source.
  • MOHAP (UAE federal): MOHAP reviews your evaluation request first and then sends you a link to pay for DataFlow Source.
  • SCFHS (Saudi Arabia): DataFlow verifies documents according to your Mumaris+ classification and sends the report to SCFHS Source.
  • DHP / QCHP (Qatar): the Ministry of Public Health calls PSV "an essential requirement for obtaining a professional license" and, since 30 November 2025, accepts reports from DataFlow or a second provider, QuadraBay Source.
  • NHRA (Bahrain): DataFlow has worked in Bahrain since 2017 and verifies the Good Standing Certificate as part of the NHRA package Source.
  • OMSB (Oman): DataFlow has been OMSB's verification partner since 2012 Source.
  • Kuwait MOH: we found no DataFlow page or price list for Kuwait MOH, and ECFMG's EPIC service also publishes instructions for Kuwait MOH applicants Source. Confirm your verification route with MOH Kuwait or your employer.

For the full process, from creating your account to downloading the report, read our complete DataFlow verification guide.

DataFlow Fee Comparison Table: Every GCC Regulator

The table below compares the standard new-application package for each regulator. Prices are taken from DataFlow's own published documents, checked on 1 October 2026. "Not published" means we could not find a current official figure, and you should check the current fee on the DataFlow portal for that regulator.

How to read the table

  • Packages are not like for like. SCFHS's SAR 500-600 covers a qualification and a licence only; DHP Qatar's QAR 990-1,210 also includes three to five years of experience.
  • Dates matter. The SCFHS kit carries a 2026 copyright notice, the DHP price list was created in July 2025, and the OMSB guide is from 2024. The MOHAP fee page sits on DataFlow's older portal. All four were live when we checked, but confirm the amount at checkout.
  • Issuing authority fees are extra everywhere. None of these prices include fees that your university or council may charge to answer DataFlow. See the extra charges section below.

DataFlow Fees by Regulator: What Each Package Includes

The detail behind each row, including packages for fresh graduates, renewals and visiting practitioners.

DHA Dubai DataFlow fee

DataFlow's DHA page links the application guide and Letter of Authorization, but no current price list Source. Figures for DHA circulate on third-party sites, but we could not confirm them on a current official page. Check the current fee on the DataFlow portal for DHA: the price appears once you select your package and documents. For exam costs, see DHA exam fees.

DOH Abu Dhabi DataFlow fee

DoH applications run through doh.dataflowgroup.com. DataFlow's August 2026 guide says you "receive a cost breakdown depending on your selected documents", which "is subject to change in case any extra fees are required" Source. No package price is published, so check the current fee on the DataFlow portal for DOH.

MOHAP UAE DataFlow fee

DataFlow's MOHAP fee page lists Source:

  • Physicians and dentists (GP, specialist, consultant): AED 1,235. For a GP this covers a bachelor's degree, one licence, the last 2 years of experience (up to 3 employers) and a Good Standing Certificate.
  • Non-physicians (technicians, pharmacists, TCAM): AED 935.
  • Nurses: AED 935 for the highest qualification, one licence, the latest 2 years of experience (up to 2 employers) and a Good Standing Certificate.
  • Fresh graduates from UAE universities: AED 300 (education only).
  • Any additional document: AED 300. 5% UAE VAT is added at checkout.

MOHAP may also ask for more documents to be verified "at an additional fee" after reviewing your report.

SCFHS Saudi DataFlow fee

The SCFHS kit lists these new-licence packages Source:

  • Physicians and dentists: SAR 600 for one qualification, one licence and CrossCheck.
  • Nurses, pharmacists, dental assistants, allied health and technicians: SAR 500 for the same components.
  • Fresh graduates: SAR 600 for one qualification and CrossCheck.
  • Renewals: SAR 400 (physicians) and SAR 350 (non-physicians) for one document.
  • Additional document: SAR 300 each, sold only as an add-on to a package.

Submit documents that match your Mumaris+ classification. Exam details are on our SCFHS exam page.

DHP / QCHP Qatar DataFlow fee

DataFlow's DHP price list sets these packages Source:

  • Package A, physicians and dentists: QAR 1,210 for up to two qualifications, one licence, five years of experience (up to three employers) and CrossCheck.
  • Package B, allied health and complementary medicine: QAR 990 with five years of experience.
  • Package E, nurses and pharmacists: QAR 990 with three years of experience.
  • Package G, clinical nurse specialists, nurse practitioners and educators: QAR 1,210.
  • Package F, trainees with no experience: QAR 600. Package H, visiting practitioners (one licence): QAR 300.
  • Retrospective packages for those already working in Qatar: QAR 800 (physicians and dentists) and QAR 700 (allied health).

Qatar also accepts PSV from QuadraBay Source; this guide covers DataFlow only. See our QCHP exam page for the exam side.

NHRA Bahrain DataFlow fee

DataFlow's NHRA package "includes all of the mandatory verifications based on NHRA's requirements", with the Good Standing Certificate verified "at no extra cost" Source. The NHRA guide lists components but no prices Source. Check the current fee on the DataFlow portal for NHRA.

OMSB Oman DataFlow fee

DataFlow's OMSB applicant guide lists Source:

  • Physicians: OMR 135 for one qualification, one licence, 3-5 years of experience (up to three employers) and CrossCheck.
  • Nurses: OMR 110 (bachelor holders) or OMR 100 (diploma holders).
  • Pharmacists: OMR 110. Allied health: OMR 80.
  • Custom or renewal package: OMR 60 per single document. Additional document: OMR 50.

MOH Kuwait DataFlow fee

We found no DataFlow page or price list for Kuwait's Ministry of Health; figures quoted online are estimates. Check the current fee on the DataFlow portal for MOH Kuwait, after confirming with MOH or your employer that DataFlow is your route.

Extra Charges: Additional Documents, Express, Transfers and Source Fees

The base package is rarely the whole bill. These are DataFlow's published add-ons.

Additional verifications

Every document outside your package is charged separately: a second degree, a second licence, a fourth employer, or a surgical logbook in Qatar. DataFlow also warns that "anything submitted at a later stage will be subject to additional fees" Source, so upload everything on day one.

Express processing

Express targets an average of 14 working days. In Qatar and Oman, DataFlow says the Express fee may be refunded if it misses that target Source. The DHP offline form shows QAR 492 for Express while the newer price list shows QAR 529, so use the amount on your payment screen.

Courier and originals

None of the DataFlow price lists we checked include a courier charge. DataFlow works from scans and says it does not need physical copies or attestation Source. If someone asks you to pay a courier fee "for DataFlow", ask questions first. DataFlow's standard FAQ says the only fee it requires is paid at the application stage, and asks applicants to report anyone who claims extra fees are needed Source.

Re-verification

If your report comes back as "Discrepancy" or "Unable to Verify", you can ask for one free re-verification by filing an Appeal within 180 days. That is free only if DataFlow already had what it needed. If the Unable to Verify outcome happened because you had not provided required documents or details, "there are additional charges" Source.

Sources requesting fees (issuing authority fees)

Some universities, councils and employers charge to answer a verification request. DataFlow states that "some issuing authorities may require an additional fee to release the verification". When you pick your institution from the drop-down, the portal shows that fee and tells you whether to pay it through DataFlow or directly to the institution Source. OMSB's guide adds that "all the Issuing Authorities' fees will be paid by applicants" Source. In the NHRA and SCFHS portals the amount is added to your total at checkout Source.

Payment Methods, Currency and What the Fee Does Not Include

How you pay

  • Online card payment. DataFlow's standard FAQ says it only accepts online payments by credit or debit card, not cash Source. The DOH guide ends with an online payment step Source.
  • Payment links. For MOHAP, the DataFlow payment link comes after MOHAP has reviewed your evaluation request Source. With Qatar's offline form, DataFlow emails a link that must be paid within 48 hours, and the offline route costs QAR 157 more than applying online Source.
  • Confirmation. After payment you receive an automatic email with your DataFlow case number. Keep it, because you need it for tracking and transfers Source.

Currency, card conversion and VAT

Each regulator's package is priced in its own currency: AED for the UAE regulators, SAR for SCFHS, QAR for DHP and OMR for OMSB. If you pay with a card issued in Pakistan, India, the Philippines, Egypt or Nigeria, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That is why "data flow Saudi Arabia fees in Pakistan" changes month to month while the SAR price stays fixed. DataFlow publishes no PKR, INR, PHP, EGP or NGN price. MOHAP's page adds 5% UAE VAT at checkout Source. For other regulators, check whether tax is shown on the payment screen.

Refunds: you must request a refund within 48 hours of paying the PSV fee Source. After that window, assume the fee is non-refundable.

What the DataFlow fee does not include

  • Licence or evaluation fees paid to the regulator (DHA, DOH, MOHAP, SCFHS, DHP, NHRA, OMSB or MOH Kuwait).
  • Licensing exam fees paid to Prometric, Pearson VUE or the regulator.
  • Issuing authority fees charged by your university, council or employer.
  • Home-country paperwork such as a new Good Standing Certificate or experience letters.
  • Optional services such as Express, Applicant Assist, SMS updates and VIP support.

DataFlow Timelines, Delays and the Cost of a Negative Report

DataFlow's general standard is 15 to 25 working days "from the date of payment and submission of a complete set of documents" Source. Each regulator's guide gives its own average:

RegulatorStandard averageExpress average
DOH Abu Dhabi25 working days Source14 working days
SCFHS25 working days Source14 working days
DHP Qatar20 working days Source14 working days
NHRA Bahrain20 working days SourceCheck the portal
OMSB Oman25 working days Source14 working days
DHA, MOHAP, MOH Kuwait15-25 working days (DataFlow general standard)Check the portal
Report transfer, no new documentsWithin 5 days Source-

Why reports get delayed

  • Unresponsive institutions. DataFlow names late responses from issuing authorities as a main cause of delay Source. Universities and hospitals that are closed, merged or slow to reply can hold a file open for weeks.
  • Incomplete submissions. Missing pages, cropped scans or blurry passports get flagged for re-upload.
  • Extra information requests. An institution may ask for more detail, such as a student ID or employee number, before it answers.
  • Events outside anyone's control. DataFlow lists "conflicts, strikes, natural disasters" as examples Source.

To follow your case while it is in progress, see our DataFlow status check guide.

Insufficient, Unable to Verify and negative outcomes

  • Positive: the source confirmed your document as submitted.
  • Discrepancy: the source confirmed something different, such as other dates or another job title.
  • Unable to Verify (often called "insufficient"): the source did not respond or could not confirm the document.
  • Negative: the source said the document is not genuine or was not issued by them.

What a bad outcome costs

The direct cost of a Discrepancy or Unable to Verify report can be zero: one Appeal within 180 days is free, unless you were missing information Source. The bigger cost is time: your regulator file and job offer wait, and you may pay again for a new Good Standing Certificate or experience letter. A negative report is more serious and is handled by the regulator. Read our guide to a DataFlow negative report before you respond.

Want it right first time? Get a free document check - we review your file before you pay DataFlow, so you avoid a costly re-verification.

Reusing a DataFlow Report Across GCC Regulators

If DataFlow has already verified your documents for one regulator, you usually do not need to pay for a full new verification. DataFlow's regulator pages say a transferred report arrives "within 5 days if no additional documents are needed", and that an SCFHS, DHP or OMSB report can be used to apply in other Gulf countries Source.

Report transfer fees

  • SCFHS: SAR 200 report re-issuance Source.
  • DHP Qatar: QAR 215 for a report already issued to DHP, QAR 323 for a report issued to another authority Source.
  • MOHAP: AED 100 from another UAE regulator, AED 200 from a regulator outside the UAE, free from TrueProfile.io Source.
  • OMSB: OMR 25, or OMR 85 with one extra document; OMR 70 for a TrueProfile.io report Source.
  • DHA, DOH, NHRA and MOH Kuwait: check the transfer fee in the portal. NHRA lists report transfer as a separate option Source.

When a transfer is not enough

A transfer only covers what was verified the first time. If the new regulator wants more recent experience, a Good Standing Certificate or a second qualification, you pay the add-on fee for each extra document. DataFlow also charges per request, so moving reports to two regulators means two transfer fees Source. Our DataFlow report validity and reuse guide explains which regulators accept which reports and how old a report can be.

Worked Total-Cost Examples: A Nurse and a Doctor

These examples use only the published DataFlow prices above. They leave out issuing authority fees, card conversion charges, licence fees and exam fees, so treat them as the DataFlow part of your budget.

ScenarioPackageAdd-onsDataFlow total

Doctor, OMSB: physician package + extra degreeOMR 135Extra document: OMR 50OMR 185

Worked example: a nurse moving to Saudi Arabia

A nurse with a BSc, a home licence and one recent employer buys the SCFHS non-physician package (SAR 500) for the degree and licence, plus one extra document for the experience certificate (SAR 300): SAR 800 to DataFlow. Any council verification fee is added in the portal or paid directly, and her bank's conversion rate comes on top.

Worked example: a doctor moving to Qatar

A physician with an MBBS, a postgraduate degree, licences in two countries and four employers in five years buys Package A (QAR 1,210), which covers both qualifications. The second licence and fourth employer cost QAR 300 each: QAR 1,810. Express would add QAR 529. For a full budget including exam and licence costs, compare our licensing support packages.

Country-of-Origin Notes: India, Pakistan, Philippines, Egypt and Nigeria

The package price does not depend on nationality. What changes is the issuing authority fee, how fast your institutions respond, and your card's exchange rate. DataFlow shows source fees per institution inside the portal, not in a public list Source, so we quote no country-level figures.

India

  • Applications often involve a state nursing or medical council as well as the university, and each can set its own verification fee. Check both entries in the drop-down before you pay.
  • Make sure the council registration number and name spelling match your degree exactly.

Pakistan

  • Searches for "data flow Saudi Arabia fees in Pakistan" usually mean the SCFHS package: SAR 500 for nurses and allied health, SAR 600 for doctors, plus SAR 300 per extra document Source. You are charged in SAR, and your bank converts it to PKR.
  • Check whether your university or council shows a release fee in the portal, and whether it must be paid directly.

Philippines

  • Nursing files usually include a PRC licence and a school or university diploma. Each is a separate component, so check whether your package covers both before adding extras.
  • Name differences (middle names, married names) are a common cause of discrepancies. Upload a name change document if it applies. DataFlow asks for one Source.

Egypt

  • Check which registration your regulator's package treats as the "licence" component.
  • Allow time for university responses and keep student ID numbers ready in case they are requested.

Nigeria

  • DataFlow works with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria as a client, so make sure your MDCN or nursing council registration details are exact.
  • If an institution shows a release fee, follow the portal instructions on where to pay it. Do not pay intermediaries who say they can "speed up" DataFlow.

Before You Pay: A DataFlow Fee Checklist

Most overspending comes from the wrong package, late documents or an avoidable re-verification. Run through this list before paying.

Checklist

  1. Confirm which regulator you are applying to. A DHA, DOH and MOHAP case is not the same purchase.
  2. Choose the package that matches your profession and classification (for SCFHS, your Mumaris+ result).
  3. Count your documents: qualifications, licences, employers within the required years, and Good Standing.
  4. Price each extra document at the regulator's add-on rate.
  5. Check the issuing authority fee shown for each institution, and where it must be paid.
  6. Upload clear, uncut scans with matching names, plus a name change document if needed.
  7. Decide whether Express is worth it for your job start date.
  8. Pay by card, save the case number, and request any refund within 48 hours.
  9. If you already have a DataFlow report, price a transfer before paying for a new verification.

Then budget the rest of the licence: exam, licence and visa costs. Start with our DHA exam guide if you are heading to Dubai, and run your numbers through the DataFlow cost calculator.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on the regulator. DataFlow's MOHAP fee page lists AED 1,235 for physicians and dentists and AED 935 for nurses and other non-physicians, plus AED 300 per extra document and 5% VAT. DataFlow does not publish a current price list for DHA (Dubai) or DOH (Abu Dhabi), so check the current fee in the DataFlow portal for those regulators. The fee appears once you select your package and documents.

DataFlow's DHP (QCHP) price list shows QAR 1,210 for physicians and dentists (Package A), QAR 990 for nurses, pharmacists and allied health (Packages B and E), QAR 600 for trainees with no experience, and QAR 300-400 per additional document. Express processing costs QAR 529 for the main packages. Since 30 November 2025, Qatar also accepts PSV from QuadraBay.

The SCFHS kit lists SAR 600 for physicians and dentists and SAR 500 for nurses, pharmacists and allied health. Both cover one qualification, one licence and a CrossCheck database search. Each extra document, such as an experience certificate, costs SAR 300, Express costs SAR 500, and transferring an existing report costs SAR 200.

DataFlow charges SCFHS applicants in Saudi riyals (SAR 500 for nurses and allied health, SAR 600 for doctors, plus SAR 300 per extra document) and does not publish a PKR price. The rupee amount depends on your bank's exchange rate and any foreign transaction fee, plus any verification fee your university or council charges.

No. The DataFlow fee only pays for primary source verification. Regulator licence or evaluation fees, Prometric or Pearson VUE exam fees, and any fees charged by your university or council to release the verification are all paid separately.

DataFlow's general standard is 15 to 25 working days from payment and a complete submission. Regulator guides give averages of 20 working days for DHP Qatar and NHRA, and 25 working days for SCFHS, DOH and OMSB. Express cuts this to about 14 working days. Slow institutions are the most common reason it takes longer.

You can file one free Appeal for re-verification within 180 days of the report. If the Unable to Verify result happened because you had not provided required documents or details, DataFlow charges for the re-verification. A negative report is more serious and is handled by your regulator.

Usually, yes, through a report transfer. Published transfer fees include SAR 200 for SCFHS, QAR 215-323 for Qatar, AED 100-200 for MOHAP and OMR 25 for OMSB. DataFlow says transfers arrive within about 5 days if no extra documents are needed. Any document the new regulator needs that was not verified the first time is charged at the add-on rate.
